There's an issue with the Instagram Access Token that you are using. Please obtain a new Access Token on the plugin's Settings page.

Earthing. Take off your shoes and get grounded.
Recently I’ve learned about earthing. Do you know what earthing is? Check out this youtube video that explains it fairly well. (Of course, it recommends purchasing an earthing mat and bed sheet that I haven’t done yet. I’m interested to see if those added items are necessary.)
In short, wearing shoes on our feet and always standing on man-made surfaces keeps us from connecting or grounding with the earth. When we make direct contact with the surface of the Earth our bodies receive a charge of energy that makes us feel better.
I feel tired and fatigued a lot and am always interested in and searching for understanding and relief. Blood tests show I’m fine. My thyroid numbers are a little low, but nothing to be concerned about. I even wear a breathing machine at night for sleep hypopnea.
I have been trying to “earth” several times a day. I take my shoes off and walk on the bare ground or grass while inhaling and exhaling deeply. Even for just a few minutes. Also, in the evening when it is cool, I try to go out and stand or sit on the lawn with my shoes off. Sometimes I even lay on the grass. If nothing else, it really does feel good.
I have had plantar fasciitis problems with my feet, so I tend to always wear shoes or Crocs with good arch support all the time. So, getting back to basics, and walking barefoot on the grass like a little kid feels good. It feels like… I’m grounded.
