A Last Minute Paper Corsage
Maybe you’re a better mom than I am and actually plan ahead. The Homecoming Dance snuck up on me and I forgot about getting a corsage for my son’s date.
This is where youtube.com comes in handy.
You can make a cute and affordable corsage from paper and ribbon uniquely designed for your special someone
I had seen cute roses made from sheet music, and since I am a pianist, I thought I could do that. Unfortunately, I found that regular printer paper with music printed on it, wasn’t very flexible and kept tearing.
So I had some black and white Damask wrapping paper and thought maybe that would be easier. It was.
It turned out pretty cute.
- Wrapping Paper (I like using wrapping paper that has 1-inch dotted line cutting guides. Cut 4-inches across and 4-inches up.)
- Glue Gun
- Leaves from old fake flowers
- Elastic to make a wrist band
